    hi
    can anyone help plse
    mp4000 doc feeder keeps saying jam 001 when paper is put on orig feed tray,it is not the doc feeder as i have swapped it with another machine.
    the fault lies with the copier itself, but not sure which pwb to start with.
    any advice would be greatly welcolme

      Can you clear the jam. You have to do that first before you can try again.

          hi
          yes ,removing the original,then opening/closing df lid clears it.
          it never actually feeds the paper but goes into jam, its just like a duff sensor or a flag stuck down.
          but swapping the whole df does not go with the thing but stays with the original machine........
          i am guesing maybe the sio pwb, but then maybe the bicu......
