    Ricoh 240W problem....

    hello guys,I had some problem with this machine which is by pass cannot feed paper after scan document..Once i feed in paper into by pass after scanning,the machine did running but notice that the clutch at the left side did not turning the roller.already replace another clutch still the same..and one more is this machine cannot detect the paper roll at bottom tray...

    Need advise...thanks

      The equipment detected an error in the roll stand and shut it down. Repair the problem with the roll stand. Go to USER TOOLS and turn the roll stand back on. Make sure that the bypass paper present actuator has not been broken or dislodged
