m p 3500 print quality dropping toner

I had replaced the drum blade and for some reason I get clusters of dots on the page as if toner is dropping from the process unit. I had this problem before made sure the charge roller and all contacts we're clean. any help on this thank you

Do you still have the charge blade in the machine? If so, remove it. Also check the transfer unit: the belt can get dimpled and cause spotting along the pages as well.

Look at the recovery blade. toner may be dropping between the drum and that blade.

Original toner? Original drum? PM counters?

It's also not unusual that these machines tend to spill toner out of the dev unit - especially if the mag roller is coated with melted toner.
