[Error Code] Maintenance mode on SP c232sf

Anyone out there know how to get into maintenance mode on a Ricoh SP C232sf.
Ive got the service manual but it is as if Ricoh dont want to tell you how to access maintenance mode.
Im trying to reset SC541 error after replacing the fuser assembly.

Any help would be appreciated...PLLEEEEAASSEE

My research looking through the SM seems to indicate you just press "user tools", "maintenance mode", "engine maintenance", "fuser SC reset", but never done it myself either

From the manual (SP section, not in SC section)....

"Menu Mode" can be executed by depressing the following key sequence while in ready
condition:
Clear/Stop, 1, 0, 7 and Color Start. (Press and hold each key till a beep is heard.)

this printer is shytttie. You have to download a Smart Organizing Monitor from Ricoh-usa website and installed it on a computer with 32bits OS, windows xp or seven 32bits.
