Has the BICU just been replaced? If so, make sure the dip switches for the new one match the old board positions. Also check the Destination Code in SP 5-807 should be set to a value of 2 (pretty sure you will have to do this from SSP or Factory Mode. You may have to replace the BICU if you can't recover but keep checking here for other suggestions that will come along.

But Display Error code SC995-02

Look for SP 5811 002 DISPLAY SERIAL NUMBER AND SP811 004 BICU SERIAL NUMBER

SC995 002 = DEFECTIVE NVRAM
