    Ricoh 3224c (Themis) running out of toner

    Hi guys,

    Just asking the question, whether or not many of you have had these machines run out of toner without actually displaying they need toner, i have had a few of these where i have been called out for streaky copies and found that there is no toner left in the cartridge. Any ideas on why these machines would do this??
    Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential

      HI
      it's a probleme with toner chip set on toner cartridge.
      Change toner cartrige and force toner supply , but somtimes you must change also dev unit

          Dev unit would also be my guess.
          It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
