Aficio 2105 smudgy @ the bottom

I have two machines doing the same thing, both over 1 mln copies:
at the bottom of the page, on the longer runs, there is a 1-2 mm smudge. I cleaned transfer belt blade (drum/blade and dev were already replaced) but it's coming back. Transfer belt blade replacement?

See file attached - the 1-2mm line at the bottom of pretty much every page when the paper is ran as LR (long edge), although the smudge is along the short edge.

Foam seals next to drum blade?

look more like the belt itself. a lot of engineers leave or forget the belt as its not normally in the kits.

Is smudge on the front of the paper or the back(if you make onesided copies)?

As I found out this only happens on dbl sided - the side landing face down has it but the one landing face up never does - and it's only in the rear of the copy. This starts happening after about 30 copies, but not before.
I've changed drum/blade/dev recently; also changed drum blade brush. Cleaned the ramps from duplexer back into the machine, the smudge still lingering but not as much.
