Sorry, Tuga, have been through the manual and the bulletins and can find no reference to SC 995-3. How ever lets start with the basics. Are the dip switches on the new board set the same as the old one? Is the nvram and eeprom the correct one for that copier?

Update

Have found a reference to a SC995-2. That is a problem when you fit a new nvram to a controller. You have to enter the correct machine code into SP5811-004 to clear the code.

mismatched controller PCB make sure of correct part # for model #.
