Thanks again for this brilliant document! It is becoming more valuable than Ricoh's own manuals! Well done!

You guys are gonna bring a tear to my one good eye... Thanks for the rep points, the likes and all the kind words. It seems many of us just want the fastest way to solving issues and this guide helps with that. I dont post very often but I use this site frequently for quick searches to point me in the right direction so I'm just hoping to return the favor -let's call it karma debit. Also thanks to all who support this site.
jesus loves you! (everyone else thinks you're an assh*le)

How did you get a Goose's Guide dated 1-1-13? The one on the TSRC hasn't been updated since June 2012.

They now have an April one on the site, but when I download it and try to extract it, it gives me an error as an unknown compression type. Anyone else successfully download it yet?

                Re: Ricoh Goose's Guide 2012

The latest Goose's Guide has now been released. It is dated April 2013. It appeared yesterday after Ricoh had all their websites down over the weekend for maintenance. It is in a .xlsx format which is Excel 2007.

Protip - Google Docs can convert these into its own format, so you can upload it to the cloud and access from a mobile device.

I would really appreciate a link, as this doc has become way more valuable than ANY Ricoh doc or manual ever was! No Jokes!

What mobile device doesn't have a native Excel reader?

I have restored the file in a 2003 .xls format and added it to the .zip folder so that both are there.

Anybody else having problems opening this? On either one, I get to "adapting row height" and it stops responding. The previous versions work fine.
