Yes, sadly it appears the Excel based GG is dead. Last posted update was revision 34
posted May 7th, 2013.

I think the one on ricohs site sucks, i would much rather have the excel version so i can download it on my phone and check it. Either that or i am going to design my own mobile app with the info for my own use.

It's obviously just a step being taken to keep valuable resources out of the hands of 'have nots' like me, that otherwise rely so much on the generosity of others in forums like this to acquire them

It appears at least for now to be "temporarily discontinued" as/Ricoh tech support. So there is hope... Will keep digging and post back.

We are accredited resellers in South Africa, and I can see that even us are being sidelined! Ricoh even put up shop here and compete with us on quotes and tenders FOR THE SAME PRODUCT! How is that for loyalty?!

I think the downloadable Goose's Guide went the way of the old downloaded cross reference database.

I thought it was already posted to this thread, but when I checked through the only thing I found was the 2012 version. So here is the April 2013 version. The last that was made available. I had to zip the file in order to upload it.

suggested edit to the gooses guide

Supply order has failed - SP 5515-10 set to 0 and reboot.... You really really need to find out why it didn't order toner ... wrong gateway, dns, @remote box is down (Although you should get a RC Gate communication error), or the machine configured for @remote at another customer. If you simply turn off the alert "SP 5515 10 "as suggested in the GG your @Remote administrator (Which in my case is me) will reach through the phone and throttle you. ......Or my Fav is send the tech back to explain why the angry customer can't print because they ran out of toner, because the alert has been turned off. These days with Managed Print toner ordering needs to work. If you are unsure what to do call your supervisor or tech support always glad to help :-) If you just turn off the alert there is a very good chance will be summoning the dragons... ;-)
