The guy who keep and updated the gooses guild is gone laid off with the rest of the NJ. help desk. It most likely will never be updated again what a shame. Ricoh is going down hill very fast. I am an original Ricoh employee and thinking of jumping ship myself.

I moved from national tech/customer support helpdesk to a dealer and back on the tools to be closer to family :-D

So doing much the same thing but on a smaller scale... still supporting other dealers nationally tho.

To generate the Guide is rather simple. It is merely the database that tech support uses output to an Excel spread sheet. It disappeared at the same time that they created the online Goose's Guide on TSRC. The online one is a pain to try to find anything in.

The GKM search is the worst.... I've found some very useful information ....while searching for something else :-/

Ive been using that site for about a year now. It's really nice to have that reference material available on my android phone. Sure beats pulling out the old laptop when you need to look a code up.
