[Error Code] Ricoh SP3400N SC542 reset help

A customer has one of these little printers and after a power failure the web monitor reports an SC542
error. With only a Start/Stop button and a Reset Button on the printer, I have no idea on how to get into SP mode to reset.
Can someone give me the reset procedure for this printer?
if I need to reset through the Web Monitor, what is the default admin password?

IIRC, you need to access the SP setting via SmartOrganizingMonitor from the print driver properties panel. Access the settings with Admin074 as the password, Capital 'A' and a zero.

Finally got it reset but thought I'd share something I found.
This account is all Macintosh. I had to download the SOM as it is separate or not accessible though the Mac PPD. Only the web monitor, or embedded web page.
after downloading the SOM and attempting to access the SP, the password you kindly gave me did not allow access.
fortunately, they had one Windows PC on the network and there, accessing the same way as on the Mac, the password did work and I got it reset.
