[Misc] Ricoh SP3200 Message "Cycle Machine"

Has anyone seen a message on a Ricoh SPF3200, that shows cycle machine. Once the customer cycles the unit, everything is fine....

Is that all that is displayed? There are multiple references in the troubleshooting section of the operator manual that reference "cycle power" but it is preceded by the problem section itself, ie. "Low Heat Error- Cycle Power", "Open Heat Error -Cycle Power", "LSU Motor Error -Cycle Power".

Yes, that is all I am hearing from the customer. There seems to be no other message. I am banking on the fuser being the cause. I will post the finding when I figure out. Thanks for all your help.

In service mode there is a section called '"Report" and in that section is "Error info". Not sure if this device logs any info there, but you might check.

5.1.1 HOW TO ENTER TECH MODE
In service (tech) mode, the technician can check the machine and perform various tests to
determine the cause of a malfunction.
While in Tech mode, the machine still performs all normal operations.

        To enter Tech Mode
To enter Tech Mode, press the following keys in sequence:
        "Menu" → "#" → "1" → "9" → "3" → "4" → "Menu"To exit the Tech Mode
To exit Tech Mode, press the following keys in sequence:
        "Stop" → "Menu" → "#" → "1" → "9" → "3" → "4"
