    MP 6001 (Device Setting)

    5985 Device Setting
The NIC and USB support features are built into the GW controller. Use this SP to enable and disable these features. In order to use the NIC and USB functions built into the controller board, these SP codes must be set to "1".
001 On Board NIC 0: Disable, 1: Enable

I am not able to access the WIM function of MP 6001 when the On Board NIC is set to 2.The On Board NIC setting of the brand new MP 6001 is already set to 2. There are only two selection in the On Board NIC which is 0 (disable) and 1 (enable).Any ideas about On Board NIC set to 2?Is it a selection to prevent the user to access the WIM function?

There is an RTB out for this SP. If SP5-985-001 is set to 2 (Function Limitation), the NIC is set to only accept NRS/LDAP Authentication. When you set this SP to 1 (enabled), things should work normal.

Ditto. "2" is now the default from the factory, it will have to be changed to a value of "1" to access WIM. Per tech support, it has to do with increasing default security level.

Thank you Eric!I found the RTB you are saying. I was using old service manual of MP 6001 that is why I am not able to find the said RTB.Just this morning I downloaded the latest RTB and you are right...
