colour restriction for copy on mpc 2500

customer wants the colour function on copy to be password protected. and b/w not password restricted.


does any know the step by step instructions?

this should be easy but iv neva set one up before to restrict just colour copying.

In System Settings - Key Operator Tools limit Color Copying in User Authentication. Then add a user in the Adress book with a user code and give this user the right make color copies.

BTW this procedure can be found in the user manuals. There's nothing technical about it.
