is there a way to program the mp machines to email or fax a counter on a monthly basis.

No you can.

You only can program to send email for toner end,paper jam,open door,and other options

Read up on @remote if you are a dealer. Way more info than email meter. Free.

not a dealer, but thanks for the response.
i have been able to program the machine to email on toner low and service events.
