Got a customer that has a Ricoh 2060 that has scan,they want to have Global Scan,what is needed to have that particular function setup/installed?
Any help would be appreciated.

The customer has to buy the GlobalScan software install and set it up on a server and then a technician needs to install the firmware on the machine. It is an expensive choice. I've only seen it in big accounts.
