          Proper model numbers would be a good start.

                  Do you mean the Aficio 3030, otherwise known as a Russian-C4? On the other ones do you mean the 3035/3045 or MP3500/4500?

                          yes exactly Ricoh Aficio MF3030
                          Actually i need the Firmware for Ricoh Aficio MF3035 & MF3045 too if you can send me both of it
                          MP3500 and MP4500 is working good at the moment
                          Because my scan to folder in win7 is not working,winxp is running great without any problem
                          and i haved rent it out alot in my country but without the scanner my client hardly accept
                          thats why i need it urgently to solve the scanner problem so that i can avoid it from termination
                          im from malaysia,asia
                          i hope you can at least send me the Ricoh Aficio MF3030 Firmware

                                      There isn't Ricoh with MF-3030 model.
