Aficio MP 2510 Folder Authentication via Active Directory

What's the best way to store scanned files in user folders? We're currently using "Folder Authentication" with a "Login User Name" vs. "LDAP Authentication". The problem is when users update their password in Active Directory then we have to have them update their password in Web Image Monitor. This is a pain and it would be great if our users didn't have to do this. Thanks - Mike

Create a user for the machine to use, that has a password that never expires and has permission to right to all of the folders your scanning to. That way you don't have to deal with end user password resets.

So keep the individual user folders and users but use a shared account that does not having expiring passwords? Great idea.
