Ricoh SPC 232SF with a "Service Call SC547" on the display.

Hello, I am getting a "service call SC547" message on a SPC 232SF all-in-one model. Does anyone know what it might be? I have checked the PCB for any loose connections, everything is tight. It powers up but nothing happens besides a noise like a dim fog horn and then the display flickers and the messae appears. Thanks!

547 is a zero-cross error. You'll want to check the power supply board and also make sure that the line to the machine is good too as line noise will also cause this to show up. This is a Level A code so you'll have to clear it from SP mode.

Thank you for the information. Could you remind me how to get into service mode on this model?
