    SP3200SF Losing configuration after power off/failure

    Good morning, campers.

    We've got a Ricoh SP3200SF which loses all its configuration data after disconnecting power or after a power failure. We've looked and can't find a battery or something like that.

    Anyone has any insight on how we can solve this problem?

      Sounds like maybe the nvram is corrupt.
