You might just have a bad toner pump then - cleaning isn't always the solution there. Do you get a toner end message (machine stops working) or just toner-near-end (little message in the bottom left corner while the machine still works)? Never replace a toner before the actual toner end condition. -

Yes the pumps are the same but I don't know if you like to get a certain amount of color toner into your black unit. If you try disassembly/cleaning the other pump might result in another bad pump. You should also try to check if the toner bottle rotates during toner add and take a look at the tube. Usually there's a spoon of toner coming out of it if you remove it from the pump (while not holding it tight^^). If nothing comes out you might have another blockade in the system - probably at the other end where you can remove the tube and hold it against the vac (also vac out the toner hopper end, especially the nozzle for the tube).
If these sort of things happens you might get additional issues if the toner end condition is written to the RFID chip of the toner bottle. In this case the machine will refuse to try toner up after turning it off/on - you'll notice that. It's quite some explantion about what to do in this case and I think this has been explained here before.Comment

If you have to swop pumps, use the yellow pump. It will cause the least hardship when used with other colours.
I would not put the suspect black pump where the yellow used to be though, rather borrow a yellow or black from a know working machine.
Does the pumps in your machine have a little white plug on the one side, along the channel that connects to the black rubber pipe? If so, you can carefully remove it and blow in there, this will force out any toner that is in the pump, without you having to open it. I see they stopped adding that plug in later swop-out pumps we received.Press the GREEN button!!Comment
