    When was changed?

I do not know properly how paper feed assy is @ MPC6000 but i am sure there are some sensors and for sure they are dirty.Just clean them

Hi the MPC6000 uses the same rollers as the 2060/5500 series
      AF031082 FEED ROLLER
      AF030081 PICK UP
      AF032080 SEP ROLLER

Have you swapped the Paper feed units around or tried to do 150 copies from T2 and T3.

These machines i believe also have a middle registration sensor, and due to a build up of paper dust causing jams after so many copies

Have you printed of the SMC report 5990-004 and listed where the jams are on log, i am pretty sure it will be this middle sensor just above Paper feeder 1 causing the problem and will be a quick fix.

Look on the Log and let me know where it shows up,

the rubber tubes that come with mpc 5000 toner pumps are perfect for cleaning sensors
