MP W5100 (Fusing problem)

We have MP W5100 in which the image is not fused properly.We already increased the fusing temperature and changed the fusing idling into 1.We also checked the hot roller and cleaned the thermistor.The machine is making only 1350 meters.The room temperature is normal. Any ideas ?

Hello Sharpmind have you change the paper's thickness level? read the general features manual(page 57).
