Ricoh 3228c Clear All Memory

Hi all

Yesterday i got a call from one costumer he have Gestetner DSc428/Ricoh 3228c, some other tech before me did CLEAR ALL MEMORY from service menu. Please tell me is there any solution to fix this. To copy SD card from other machine or some software to help me solve this. I tray to manual input configuration from list but nothing changed all the same.

Wow...

There's not too much you can do to get everything back. Hopefully the birth certificate is still with the machine (SP page usually under the jam removal placard in the front cover). If so, change all of the SPs listed on that page to the values listed there. After that it's kind of a guessing game as to how you'll need to tweak the machine to get it running right. More than likely, all your counts are permanently lost.

YOur counts should be ok. It's the color registration that could be hell to recover with out the BC to use as a start point. DId the other tech do an NVram backup first??? If not it's a big NONO in my shop.
