[Error Code] Ricoh Aficio 1055 Scanner Problem

We have a Ricoh Aficio 1055 that shows the SC 126 every 50 copies or so scans. The Scanner is hitting both stops hard at all speed settings. (with the 4-015 Code)

Any ideas?

The search box is above the "Advanced Search" at the top right of this page.

The link provided leads you to another thread covering this fault that has the RTB issued from Ricoh attached.
