Change the Hot Roller (AE01 1103).

        From the GK

        [Problem]
Insufficient fusing, toner rubs off of first few copies after machine exits Sleep/Low Power mode.

        [Cause]
Firmware bug and/or low ambient room temperature
        [Action]
Update Engine firmware to level 1.05:06 or higher
Enable fusing idling. Change SP1-103-001 from 0 to 1.

Any chance that the fusing temperature (SP1105 -1 to 9) has been changed from defaults by a previous owner/tech?
Otherwise, is the fusing problem generally the first few pages after Warm up? Turn on fuser Idling (SP1103)

we had this problem, first we updated the firmware and SP settings but the same. Even replacing the boards and fusing unit won't solve the problem. What we observed when the machine starts to print unfused copies, when you stop printing then remove and put back the fusing unit the copy will become good. So check the fusing unit if it is attached(fixed) properly on the machine, update the firmware. just an experience hope it wil help in troubleshooting.

I've been itching to suggest this for months now...
