Oh one of my fav issues- check and possible add additional drum grounding, polish the mag roller each visit (I like to use paper others pot scourers others industrial sand blasting equipment) vac out the PCU recycle path, de-tonerise the dev, sacrifice small animals etc

But as said by other posters there are a bunch of threads on this subject

Oh, check you out with your special links!!!

Change the dev, toner and toner motor to those from the 2045e, polish the mag roller and off you go, 160k trouble-free copying.

Don't forget to set the blade gap to a tight .35 mm.

The mag roller won't get the buildup as fast and it won't dust toner as bad.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

It almost brought a tear to my eye seeing him again, although that phrase was actually from "Mojorolla", who was on an epic tear of aab1 at the time...but it made me smile, and really.......that's ALL that matters!
