Ricoh Aficio 2060 SC-490

Greetings All,

I have a Ricoh Aficio 2060 with a SC-490 code, The Operation panel message prompts to turn off/on to reset code but the wrench coninues to come back and the code does not clear.
has anyone had this problem that could help?

This is the code for the main fan not working. Check the fan for obstructions and proper operation

Thank you very much, swapped fan from another machine and the problem has been resolved !!!
