    MPc4500 Toner Supply Clutches

    Hi,

Has anybody had problems with these machines taking out toner clutches? I've got one that does anything up to 5 pages before the clutch goes. Ricoh sent one of their guys out to look at it and we're not much further on from where I got to myself!

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, however not financially rewarded.

    Thanks,

    Chris

Look through the bulletins but I believe there is a new style toner pump assembly.

Thanks for the reply, but it's had a new pump. It's also had drive gears, PCU and dev units, the motor, the I/O board, and the bearing, shaft and drive gear from the clutch too.

      There is much head-scratching.

not had a problem with toner supply for a bit now that we've gone back to oem toner and then it was mostly pumps or old dev.
