You need to get yourself a service manual for the step by step procedure. It is too involved on this model to even try to explain it. (Not an easy job, either)

Actually, on second thought, it's the LD unit that sucks to remove. As far as the power supply board, pull out the controller, remove the 4 screws holding the rear panel on, pull out on the PS a little and remove the 2 short connectors. You now can pull the PS out the rest of the way.
