When I put in a new cartridge (Ricoh brand) it does not recognize the cartridge. The old cartridge if I put in the bag from the new cartridge seems to work. Is there some setting that needs to be changed to recongize that Ricoh brand cartirdges are did I just get some bad cartridges?
