It needs firmware updated for 3030 to work.
Might as well update all of it.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

Does it jam if you set the output tray to the shift tray?

And does it have a punch unit?

I have had to replace the sponge rollers on the exit. (Gathering sponge rollers B478.3503, changed to B830-3503)

Yes, these wear away to almost nothing and cause jams in the shift tray but not in the proof tray.

                  Are you feeling ok tonight?

                      Sorry old chap

The more I think about this, the more I'm inclined to suggest that it does have a punch unit in it and it's the mylar on this which is causing the problem.

I'd go for the punch mylar B7027229 (this has been updated but I've had whisky and can't find it).
