MPC4501 stopping when pm parts come up

    MPC4501 stopping when pm parts come up

    Hi All,

    Can you help we have MPC4501 that comes to a stop when the PM life is up.
    What can we switch off to perminatly stop this.

    Dude, I'm not trying to be an asshole, but your profile indicates that you were formally trained on the MPC3000, which is not much different. RTFM.

      Ahh you see there is a difference.
      The machine will stop working if the PM count for say the fuser rollers get to 300k
      This never happened on the old kit.
      I think I may have afix.

        Look at 7804 to reset and 7624 to keep it from happening to begin with.

          Dave.
          Check the part before performing 7804, since the machine is telling you to replace it. Just let 7624 - ON but as Mikadonovan said, if you dont want the message to appear again then turn it off.
          Nobody is perfect..
