    RICOH PRO MP 1356

    Hi,
    I have problem with ricoh ,after 10 copies machine call SC494.
    I cleaned the transport of toner the toner to the toner pump station and changed the toner pump located above
    developer unit.
    Any idea for a solution.

      after you cleaned the toner supply auger, resovoir bowl ect. you should be able to run the toner bank motor and toner supply clutch fromoutput mode (SP5804) to see if the toner auger actually turns. If not you have a drive issue from the toner bank. If you do get toner to the resovoir you have a plugged tube or bad pump, you said you replaced the pump so maybe the tube. When I have replaced the pump I've had to run forced toner a few times to clear the codes.

          After you clear the tube and cylinder you have to run toner bank set up. If this doesn't run for 6 or 7 minutes than something is wrong.
