I am still working on this Savin C2820. It was Jamming in door A, I replaced all the rollers, cleaned the machine really well. I also replaced the Magnetic Clutch for paper feed. Once I replaced that it instantly gave me a SC260. That is suppose to be the FU81 fuse on the power supply. 2 Questions, first, what is the best way to check and replace that? I tried to raise the scanner but it was refusing and I was worried about lifting too hard. It is suppose to prop up like a hood but didn't seem so easy. Also, can someone verify the correct part number for the Magnetic Clutch: Paper Feed? I show AX20-0221 but my supplier keeps sent me AX20-0279. They sware by that number. The only difference I could find was the amperage. The one they sent was higher amperage so I wonder if that is what caused the fuse error. I am not very familiar with this old crap so any help would be greatly appreciated. As you can tell, I am a self trained technition.

The clutch your supplier sent you is correct. The updated number is AX200279 for the paper feed clutch. Looking is goose's guide I would start with:
The fuse is in the check and remedy in the service manual, you should be able to check that by looking at your schematic and looking into the glass fuse and see if the wire is melted(blown).
