[Error Code] Ricoh SP C431dn DOA with error code sc202

Just unpacked the printer after a long trip to Haiti. When I did the initial setup and made sure to install everything properly, Unit powers on for 5 seconds then beeps 5 times for over 20 seconds and I get error code sc202 every time. I've disassembled the unit (I'm trained with HP printers) and only found that one of the rotors (lower left when opening the other side of the unit) was stuck on the board. Fixed that issue but I still get the message each and every time. I've researched other websites and the response I'm getting is Polygon Motor problems. I don't have a Ricoh representative in Haiti, but if I get a "how to do it" from one of you guys, I'll consider myself a blessed soul (haven't slept for the past 2 days trying to figure this out). I can't even find the service manual online for M065 or M066. Someone please help!!!

Any way for you to send me the precise location of the Laser Unit. I found some old service manuals from Ricoh University through internet research (not for my model), but can't seem to find one for the M065 or M066. I don't really need the whole service manual, just the page where it shows the Laser Unit's location and the steps to disassemble to get to it for me to try to solve this. My tools are ready. I'm guessing in fact that maybe the cable came loose during shipping or something. I'm just hoping as well it's a loose cable!

Most likely the laser mirror has popped off it's spindle during shipment. It looks like the laser assy. is hidden behind the controller box at the rear of the machine.

Checked it out for you again - seems like for this printer you can not order a polygon mirror motor separately. You have to replace the whole laser unit if polygon is gone. So polygon mirror motor is inside of a laser unit (big black box right above a power supply board when you open a right cover). You can always have a look what is inside to make sure everything sits/connected properly). See picture.
