Web Image Monitor Administration Mode authentication problem

I got Nashuatec dsm 618 used and when i tried to connect to it through web image monitor by the administration mode i got no access , i tried to use the admin and admin/admin and supervisor and also no access.

would you please help me???

Try these:

admin
no password

admin
password

supervisor
no password

If these all fail, you'll either have to replace the NVRAM or there may be an SP mode somewhere in 7 to reset the administrator.
