    [Error Code] Firmware MP4000

    I have lost my firmware source for Ricoh machines. I have an MP4000 LD040 with a SC997. After scanning to email or folder the machine says processing until I get the code. I suspect firmware. Anyone have suggestions on how I can obtain firmware update for this machine?

      I have firmware that is 2.5 years old. Version 1.05:05 for the engine and 1.11.1 for system.
      Testing 1-2-3, testing, testing. Is this thing on?

              This is the latest firmware will get rid of SC997,
