Re: Replace fusing cleaning unit on PRO 907
If your cleaning web is used up and the sensor is actuated, it must be replaced.
Reset the counter 1902 001 after replacement.

Re: Replace fusing cleaning unit on PRO 907
I have a Ricoh PRO 907, that has come up with "Replace Fusing Cleaning Unit" on the display, which has disabled the machine. I seem to remember this is something to do with customer replaceable units on the machine. How do I either clear this so the machine can be used, or disabled so it doesn't come up again. We normally fit a PM kit on a regular basis, so it doesn't need the fusing cleaning unit (what ever that is) to be replaced. Could it be refering to the oil web?Any advice or SP numbers for clearing this would be most welcome!
Execute SP1902 001 (Fabric Motor Control> Fabric Consumption), and set
the value to 0. Switch the machine off/on after changing the setting.
Alex C1 - SP 1902 1 may be only a display - impossible to change. Must reset a counter - which one? In Alex it is 7806 008 (Clear Counter - Web) - but B-C3 does not have this SP.Leave a comment:

Re: Replace fusing cleaning unit on PRO 907
If the web roll of the cleaning unit is all used up, you'll have to replace it. Setting SP1-902-001 to 0 won't work.Leave a comment:

Re: Replace fusing cleaning unit on PRO 907
I would try to reset sp1902 to 0, if that doesn't work try a slightly higher number and see if that gets rid of your message.
Thanks Watson, I'll try that.Leave a comment:
