Actualy this is kinda strange, when i print 1 page or 2 it feeds 3-4 without any jams, the last pages are blank. What i did was clean all rollers pickup/feed and specially separation roller where i figured should be the problem but the problem didn't solved.I also looked on manual and that rollers don't change, i also clean with alcohol that clutch near roller but same unsuccessful.Any tips will be appreciated.Thx

Well try replacing the rollers then - or interchange them with one of the other trays to see if the problem moves. I've also seen poorly cutted paper stacks that needs to fan out very thoroughly before putting it into the tray. Checking the torque limiter is also a good hint.Comment

Hi there!
When this problem occurs and changing rollers leads to nothing, we change the oneway-bushings & axle.
If there are more than 300k copies/prints on the unit we change it completly. In my opinion the best way to handle this problem.

After you tried every thing else...
It's most likely rust in the paper feed main drive mag clutches or shafts.
Clean the rust out of the mag clutches or replace the mag clutches altogether. It's not rust it's more like an oxide layer.
I replaced two mag clutches last week; the only thing that fixed the problem....Inauguration to the "AI cancel-culture" fraternity 1997...
