Turn on copier and blank screen. Power light is on. Hears as if the hard drive is on but nothing else. any suggestion?

Is it warming up (is the fuser unit warm) Do the 10 key buttons beep?
If these are happening it is probably a bad LCD screen. If not it may be a controller,sigpic

If it is warming up I would replace the LCD Controller board (not the screen) if its not warming up replace the main controller.
What was going on with the machine before this problem?sigpic

Black toner would not load. Keeping giving message replace black toner.. machine was down for a few weeks while customer ordered toner. When machine was turned on when new toner arrive that was when it was noticed that the screen was blank and only the power LED came on and no warm upComment

I have to say it. There is a wheel on the left side of the control panel that controls screen brightness. I am sure you have already twisted the crap out of that.
Aside from that, I think you have a board problem, BCU or controller.sigpic

Hi
I seem to remember a few years ago that I had this issue with a machine, sounded like there was some sort of life but pretty much appeared to be dead. Took me a few hours but eventually found that one of the the tray lifts was jammed in the tray option unit. Only found this by unplugging everything, except power supply plugs from the main board. The machine came to life to a certain extent, then switched off and plugged them back in one at a time until it died again.

when I had these symptoms it was the 24v power supply at fault. As you may know there are two power supplies for this model.
Now if you have done both of these power supplies taking this from your recent post. Then you have a motor,clutch or some electrical component dragging down your power supply, possibly the 24 volt.
The 24 volt power supply triggers the fusing and supplies power to lcd also, so if a clutch,fan or motor pull the power supply down you will get only green led which by the way is only 5 volt. look for your 24v fans for operation also the the 24v trigger needed for fuser lamps, if they are not working then you loosing the 24v trigger somewhere.
Unplug each motor, clutch, sloenoid etc one at a time and see if display comes up when turn the copier on.
