[Error Code] SR861 jam and SC730

I am having an issue with an SR861 booklet finisher. It is connected to a 2075. Sometimes on power up the finisher will indicate a jam in both of the exit areas. I can usually reset it by opening and closing the finisher door. I have seen this with other finishers being a faulty stapler). Occasionally when resetting the jam it will throw an SC730 (stapler issue). I have replaced the stapler (not the booklet staplers) cleaned all sensors, even replaced a few. Updated the firmware. I am at a loss, any suggestions?

[SC730] - replace stapler unit home position sensor
[SC730] - stapler home position sensor
[SC730] - replace finisher transport motor and main board as a set
