Toner sign for machine mpc

Any idea how to solve toner sign problem for mpc machine,since i change the toner pump but still not working,,,any suggestion???

Did you replace the tube also? It might be blocked.
Also, if there is a door/cover that is slightly opened during a toner-end. The "add toner" message may not clear until the cover is closed. Check all covers and/or turn off toner end detect (briefly) to see if there are any other issues.

May i know which services mode i should goto turn off toner end detect???
any issue if let say i turn off permanently???

3045 turns off toner detect, will error code if left of permanently.
