I had to work on a customer's kyocera some time ago....issue with the network and printing....but while on the phone with their IT guys I noticed a few pages of copies of 20 dollar bills.....so while on hold I mentioned to them that if they had a newer machine or whatever it would lock the machine down and we'd have hell getting it unlocked etc, etc......but what do you do when people making the copies are Texas State Troopers who track the serial numbers in investigations lol

I made her up. Come to think of it, why did I concoct a fat imaginary girlfriend instead of a stunner?

Fat bottomed girls you make the rockin' world go round!

Wise words there I think you'll agree... from .... erm..... the decidedly homosexual Freddie Mercury.

Also I think the correct spelling (as per the Daily Star) is Stunna.

He was bisexual. The day that I learn to spell using the Daily Star will be the day that I buy a Xerox and try to copy money on it.

Well the song was written by Brian May anyway so I guess the poodle haired one was the chubby chaser, so you heard it here..... Anita Dobson must have a fat arse!

How very dare you besmirch the Daily Star, a million brickies up and down the UK can't be wrong. I am sure that they are brushing up on their vocabulary by doing the crossword when they take an extended mid-morning dump and definitely not indulging in acts of self pollution over the boobies on page 3.

You are absolutely right about Xerox though.

X2. I had a bank trying to 'scan only' bills and complained they were coming across as a solid yellow or magenta page. Had to explain to them the built in limits and the legal limits (that they should have been aware of). Once you enlarge or reduce to those parameters then it will produce the image. Here is the legal stuff....

The Counterfeit Deterrence Act of 1992 granted authority to the Secret Service (through the
Department of Treasury) to permit color illustrations of U.S. currency-subject to rulemaking by
the Secret Service. The final rules were issued May 31, 1996 (Federal Register: May 31, 1996
(Volume 61 No.106, pp.27280-27281), which amended Title 3, Chapter IV of the Code of
Federal Regulations, by adding Part 411 to permit color illustrations of U.S. currency [as
                    authorized by 18 USC, Section 504 and Treasury Directive No.15-56, 58FR48539 (9/16/93)].
The guidelines on currency reproduction now permit the printing, publishing, and importation,
and the making or importation of the necessary plates or items for such printing or publishing, of
color illustrations of U.S. currency provided that all of the following criteria are met:

                    1.

                    2. The illustration must be one-sided.

                    3. All negatives, plates, positives, digitized storage medium, graphic files, magnetic
medium, and optical storage that contain an image of the illustration shall be destroyed
and/or deleted or erased after their final use.

I read his book before I saw the movie. Can't get away with most of that stuff now in the digital age. When I was younger, my dad taught me how to kite a check for an extra week or so by running a strong magnet over the MICR ink on the bottom. The automatic sorting equipment would kick it out and have to be manually processed. Ah, the good old days.

Try just copying in B/W. It has all the same information.
As a professional, it is your duty to report them as possible counterfiters.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

It's been a really long time (like the mid '80s), but if I recall Canon CLCs would lock up, could not be reset, and required a controller replacement to work again. That controller was in the neighborhood of $20k.

Thanks, All responses are interesting but about "the girlfriend" didnt't like ,

But I think that it is a option in this machine because the sensors detect the bill and send information to laser and print dark.

How is a option I think that you can turn off or turn on it.

                                Thanks.
