    Ricoh aficio 3228c language display

    Greetings all, I have the following problem: I have to change the language of the dial displays a Ricoh Aficio 3228c, know that you have to have a 512mb sd card, just do not have the credentials to access the site to download ricoh language. If anyone knows please tell me the exact sequential procedure to download the language of the dial display

    To download firmware you'll need access to Tessa. I'm sure no one is giving you their login credentials.

      Hello Eric, I searched the internet and read that I need a program RICOH MCE and a SD-CARD you can tell me the procedure on what to do and what it takes? I would be grateful if you help me understand! thanks

        You don't need a program but, as Eric said, you do need access to the Ricoh Technical website.

        Being the nice chap that I am (not that Eric isn't, he's actually quite nice) here's a link to download the language firmware:

        B1805238A.exe

        Download the file, run it, put the extracted data into a folder on your SD card called "romdata" (no quotation marks though), put the card into SD slot 3 on the machine, turn it on and install it, choosing the correct language obviously.

        If you break anything, it's your fault.

        Don't forget to tip your waiter.
