    C2550 finisher

I remember seeing either a TSB or picture that someone posted of a solution to a problem in this C2050 finisher. It had to do with filing or cutting something so that the belted (exit?) rollers would make better contact with the paper when pulling them back into the stapler unit.
I think it had to do with skewed copies in the jogger unit.
I have searched this site and my computer and cant find anything.
    Anybody remember something about this?

If you take the finisher out and look at it from the input side, you can see the grey belts in the scan. The belts are are held at a certain height by the 2 white skids on either side. That is what they are pointing at in the last scan. Take a pair of wire cutters and cut 1-2 mm off the bottom of the skids to lower the grey belts down. This should take care of your stacking problems. It is a little awkward to get to, but I have used this twice with good results.
