    [Jamming] Ricoh infoPrint 1570 ADF

    Hey guys,

I got a machine that is jamming and skewing through the ADF. I have cleaned the rollers as the still look pretty new and have a lot of tread still on them. It works for a week and then starts up again. Anyone have experience with these machines. A am primarily a Sharp dude.

You might want to check that the adf is sitting level on the scanner. I believe I had a similar problem on one of these. The adf looked like it was slight warped, and the front left corner of the adf seemed to be too low. The only way I could get it to work was to super glue a 2mm shim to the bottom of the adf left front corner to level it out.

From what I've seen of these "Ricoh Infoprint" boxes, they are Lexmark engines...

        ...enough said!

Not seen enough to give any useful advice beyond the obvious or whatever has already been said. However if you can cross reference the Infoprint model number back to the original Lexmark engine, you might find some useful info in the "Lexmark" section of this site.
