duplicate 2 same copy on ifax

i had encounter 1 problem regarding ifax for 3224c,i had 1 customer using ifax to rx and tx the fax but the problem is in the pc will create same copy/duplicate same copy at different time once receive the fax. any setting can adj.

are you saying" internet-fax" or "lan fax"?
If the transmitter detects or thinks it detects that a fax wasnt received completely ,it will resend. There may be a setting to prevent that depending on which system you are talking about.

internet fax or i-fax is sending a fax over a network instead of a phone line.
Lan fax is sending a fax from your computer to the mfp then using the mfp's modem out on the phone line.
