Eror code SC672 MP2510

Hi all,
Need help.
Fews day back machine was ok ,this morning switch on power,please wait and then sc 672.
Is basic machine.
Is due to firmware update or controller board ?

Check the firmware first:

1. SC672 may occur when the machine recovers from Auto Off mode.

Also:Ver 1.22
1. SC672 occurs when the main switch is turned ON if SC Auto
Reboot Mode is already enabled.

Hi, if this device has a HDD on it take it off or just disconnect it.
try booting up m/c and if ok then your HDD needs formatting, if not its a new controller pwb.
If a format is required,this can be done using a caddy, but remember DO NOT ASSIGN A DRIVE LETTER!!
if you have had anything in the address book it will be gone i.e scan to email tab or to folder, fax or any docs in the doc server.

In my experience this is almost always a bad HDD - chances are a computer wont even detect it... and if it does you won't likely be able to format it.. and even if you do it won't likely last a week. Just replace it.

Also seen lots of bad controllers here lately, bad LCDC boards, and on occasion a pinched harness to the OP panel.
